Waiting Lists
Every year our schedule fills up very quickly, therefore we have a waiting list you may sign up for if the date/time you would like is full. Usually by springtime (April/May) our entire summer program has been booked, so this will likely be your only option if you wait until then to contact us.
Please be aware that just because you are on the waiting list, this does not guarantee you a spot in the program. Openings vary from class to class every week and there is no way we can predict what will come available or when. But, we will try our best to accommodate as many people as we can! However, please remember that being on the waiting list does NOT mean that you don't have a chance of getting in at all. Every year when we receive cancellations, we accomodate many of the children on our waiting list. Since we have a 14-day cancellation policy, this has enabled us to accomodate many more students from our waiting list, since we have more notice and time to get in touch with you.
Get on Our Waiting List
To get your child on our waiting list, please fill out the Pre Registration form. Make sure to use the comment section to list the dates that you are requesting. It is also VERY important that you tell us whether you prefer morning or afternoon, or if you can do first available. When we receive a cancellation we need to get the spot filled as quickly as possible. It will save us a lot of time if we are only contacting the families who would be able to attend the time we are offering.
