Scheduling Policy

All of the scheduling is handled by Ms. Carolyn’s assistant, Cheree Bailey. You may schedule online or by phone, although scheduling online is recommended. After carefully reading the information contained on this site you will need to fill out the Pre-Registration form on the "contact us" page. This will automatically be sent to Ms Cheree. Please fill it in completely. Or, if you call, you may leave a message in her swimming voice-mail. No calls before 9:30am or on Sundays. When you call you will need to give her certain details:

  1. Your name and phone number or e-mail; however you wish her to contact you
  2. How you heard about us
  3. Your student('s) name(s) and age(s)
  4. If you have a pool or pond, etc. at your home (not including neighborhood pools.)

Scheduling for the summer sessions usually begins around the middle of January. For next summer, 2007 we will begin accepting enrollment for returning families sometime in mid-January (exact date will be posted later) and new families in mid-Februrary (exact date will be posted later). Ms. Cheree will try to send out an e-mail to everyone in her address book with the details of when scheduling will start, but this is only meant to be a REMINDER. She will also put a message on her voice mail indicating when you may call back and leave a message. Due to the huge amount of interest we receive every year, NO registration forms will be accepted before the date listed above. This is to keep the procedure fair for everyone.

The volume of calls/e-mails she receives is usually in the HUNDREDS, so please be prepared that it may take up to a week or two at times to hear back from her. She calls/writes everyone in the order received. When possible, we ask that once you have left her a message, do not continue calling. She will get back to you as quick as she can. Her voice mail can only hold a limited quantity of messages.

Please, keep in mind that Ms Cheree works from home, while also taking care of her three children. As parents, please remember how difficult it is to do anything with your children around!! So, if it takes her a while to return your call or e-mail, we hope you will be understanding.

Ms. Cheree will be happy to answer any questions you may have, and will advise you on the times available for your child’s skill level.
