Cancellations
We have a 14 day cancellation policy. We must have time to fill cancelled spots with children from our waiting list. Sometimes it takes a few days to fill those places and those individuals on the waiting list may need time to make arrangements to come.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to class will forfeit the return of payment. If you have booked swimming lessons for your child and then change your mind, please be courteous and let us know. Anyone who has not paid by the deadline will be removed from the schedule.
Anyone who books and then "no-shows" will not be allowed to schedule future classes. If you schedule your child and then don't send in payment, we will remove you from the schedule. However, we ask that you please have the courtesy to let us know if you won't be able to attend.
Please be aware that transferring your child to another session will be considered a cancellation if it occurs within the 2 week period, unless it is an emergency. Therefore, if you decide you want to change your child's lesson within the 14 day window and transfer your balance, there will be a $30.00 per child transfer fee. This will not be negotiable.
